Yanyan Zhuang269 days agoOh gosh, where do I start. I was a pedestrian who was hit by a Ford SUV last summer. I had multiple fractures and was hospitalized. My friend recommended Bethany, as her husband has retained her twice. I think having Bethany represent me was one of the best decisions I've made. We hit road blocks when my medical insurance denied my hospitalization claim as "not medically necessary" three times. Bethany helped me appeal, and Vicky called insurance and providers over and over. This was definitely one of the low points in my life, but their work helped me focus on recovery and other important things. After a very long struggle and one and a half years later, we have everything resolved. I'm happy to make a full recovery. I even got a promotion at work. I don't wish this for anyone, but if any of my friends get in an accident, I will recommend Bethany and her office without hesitation.

Tim is wonderful at keeping you up to date, communicating in a timely manner, and making sure that you are informed every step of the way. Jordan was very efficient at making sure I understood any documentation being sent to me and both kept me in the loop with where we were in the process and set reasonable expectations of what was to come. I was in a bad car accident and needed an expert to help me know what steps to take for moving forward to make sure all my medical bills would be covered. I was so glad that my friend told me to reach out to Pribila and Fields. They spent over a year working with me to make sure that my health/recovery was the priority. The team kept me updated on where the process was at with all the different insurance companies involved. They never tried to rush the process so that they could get their cut of the payment as soon as possible, as many other lawyers often do. They genuinely wanted me to take my time to heal and recover fully before moving forward. They are amazing advocates. I was totally surprised and pleased with her and her paralegals, Anna and Vicky. All three were easy to get a hold of and kept me in the loop at every step. Kat Robbins992 days agoBethany Pribila represented me after an automobile accident, where the person that caused the accident ran a stop sign, totaled my vehicle, and I sustained brain and body injuries. This was the first accident I've had where the stakes were so high. She was able to navigate an insurance environment that I had no idea was so complex. I appreciate all the work she did! She walked me though so many areas that I could not have done on my own. I was able to concentrate on my recovery while she handled all the legal and financial details. I pray I never have another accident, but if I do, I'll call Bethany before I call my insurance company!
